What Is KryptoTrees?
KryptoTrees are a collection of randomly generated NFTs on the Polygon blockchain. This collection consists of 10,000 generated trees out together from over 100 options. Each tree design is unique and expresses different mood by its color.
100,000 Trees And Beyond
Inspired by TeamTree.org’s mission (organized by notable Youtubers MrBeast and Mark Rober, and participated by the likes of Elon Musk and Jack Dorsey), Eve Lee, a 22-year-old aspiring graphic artist designed a NFT generative tree art collection with the sole purpose of raising funds from the sale of KryptoTrees to plant 100,000 trees to combat climate change.
Eve saw NFT as an empowering tool which she could use to showcase her art, design and creativity. She moved quickly to secure sponsorship from Realherb.com and began working on her designs with the help of FlagOne.io on the technical expertise to create 10,000 randomly generated designed trees that will be deployed on the Polygon network.

FAQ
Your burning questions about KryptoTrees NFT Collection answered
What is an NFT?
An NFT stands for “Non-fungible token” which means that it is a unique, one of a kind digital item that users can buy, own, and trade.
Why should i purchase KryptoTrees?
We created KryptoTrees with only 1 purpose in mind, which is to donate 90% of sales proceeds (after expenses) we receive to the tree-planting social cause; TeamTrees.org, to plant 100,000 trees.
Any juicy news or surging interest in KryptoTrees will serve to boost its value and definitely make you feel to be a proud owner of KryptoTrees and be part of this awesome effort to combat climate change and make our planet a better place.
How to purchase KryptoTrees NFT?
You will need MATIC tokens and a crypto wallet connected to Polygon network. One option is to use Metamask. Metamask is a crypto wallet that can store your MATIC, and is needed to purchase and mint a KryptoTree. Learn more about Metamask here: https://metamask.io/
How much does it cost to purchase a KryptoTrees NFT?
10 MATIC (~USD$15) + gas fees (real low on Polygon network). 90% of the proceeds goes to our tree-planting efforts (others will be used to cover expenses)
Where does my KryptoTrees NFT go to after I made a purchase?
It will appear in your connected crypto wallet which was used to purchase your KryptoTrees NFT. You can check which tree NFT you received by going to Opensea and linking your wallet there.
Are there royalties?
Yes there is a 5% royalty (not including OpenSea 2.5% fees) when you sell them. This royalty fee will be contributed back to the foundation to keep it sustainable for future activities to promote more social causes.
Are there special/rare KryptoTrees NFTs?
yes there are 400 of them out of the 10,000 NFT collection. 200 of them will be up for auction on OpenSea (starting bid ~USD$32 worth of wrapped-ETH on Polygon network) and the other 200 will go to the ones who are lucky to mint them out.
Why on Polygon network instead of Ethereum?
This is to save as many costs as possible in terms of gas fees so that we can direct most of our funds to where it matters most which is to donate to plant more trees.
What can i do with my KryptoTrees NFT?
This NFT is owned by you. You are free to keep it or sell it and perhaps use some of your proceeds to purchase another KryptoTrees NFT to contribute back to the tree-planting efforts :).
